TPI Executive
circa £22K basic + commission
(OTE £27K uncapped) + benefits Ipswich
As a TPI Executive, you will manage a portfolio of energy brokers on an end-to-end basis, from quote, closing the sale and effective account management, ensuring accuracy at all times. Duties will include:
• Providing office based support for field based Account Managers.
• Ensuring all quotes for Consultants and TPIs are produced and followed up, giving Haven Power the maximum opportunity to win business.
• Supporting Customer Operations where there are TPI queries if required.
A self starter, you will need to demonstrate expertise in establishing and maintaining relationships over the telephone, with excellent attention to detail in terms of processing information and managing workload. Whilst energy industry knowledge is not a specific requirement, an aptitude for business development, sales and relationship management is essential, together with an ability to work well in a closely knit team environment.
Electricity Pricing Analyst
£18K - £24K Ipswich
Working in the Sales team, you will be part of a team calculating and maintaining prices for our retail electricity business. Duties will include:
• Operating Haven’s principal electricity retail pricing models and systems to maintain up to date retail price books and provide quotations in response to requests from customers.
• Validating customer input data to be used in pricing.
• Maintaining key input parameters for pricing models/systems.
• Working in the Sales team to tailor prices to meet customer’s deadlines and to maximise competitiveness and profitability.
This is a demanding role and you will be expected to be highly numerate and used to detailed analytical work and possess an appropriate degree qualification. Full training on the use of industry pricing models and systems will be provided.

Reporting Analyst – Supplier Management
£18-£24K Ipswich
Working in the Supplier Management team, you will provide management information on business performance through interrogation of business systems. This will include:
• Extracting, compiling and manipulating data and summarising results in various formats.
• Working closely with the other business teams to deliver comprehensive business reporting and controls.
• Specification and creation of new reports.
• Validation and production of reports and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
This is a demanding role and you are expected to be highly numerate and used to detailed analytical work.
Technical skills in the majority of the following will be required:
• Excel (advanced level, including VBA Macros).
• Microsoft Access.
• Microsoft Visual Studio knowledge advantageous.
• Microsoft SQL Server – proven record of querying and extracting data.
I&C Sales Support
Salary from £18K
Working in the Sales team, you will provide extensive and detailed administrative support to ensure a smooth interface between the Customer, Sales team and Operations team. Duties will include:
• Researching and collating tender information to produce accurate and precise contractual documentation
• Dealing with in-depth customer enquiries, internally and externally, and resolving personally or via an Account Manager
• Working to identify and satisfy customer requirements to deliver a high level of service to strict timescales.
Support Sales Administrator
£12-£16K
Working in the Sales team, you will provide general administrative support to a team that supports all sales channels. Duties will include:
• Answering telephone calls, contract processing and scanning to strict deadlines
• Gathering information required for sales campaigns or reporting purposes
• Supporting colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally.
These are demanding roles and applicants are expected to be highly organised and used to handling detailed contractual documentation via thorough processes.
Telesales Advisers - up to £17K basic + uncapped commission structure
Chelmsford and Ipswich
You will have worked in telesales previously, generating your own sales leads from cold calling customers and closing deals over the telephone. Ideally with expertise in the retail, utilities or financial sector, your friendly professional manner, drive, confidence and resilience will ensure success in this target focused environment.

Process Analyst (Minimum 6 month temporary contract, immediate start)
Salary £17000 to £23000 depending on experience
Working as part of the Process Team and reporting to the Process Channel Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering processes in line with our business process schedule within a fast paced environment. You will be making process improvements to current live documents, improving business performance and eradicating inefficiency. You will also be involved with incorporating a procedure for version control and ensuring audit of processes in line with targets.
Key skill requirements include:
Experience of creating process documentation and process sign off, delivering to tight deadlines.
Strong analytical capability with an aptitude for identifying process improvements.
A proven ability to deliver through others possessing strong influencing and negotiation skills.
A creative thinker with a logical yet innovative approach to problem solving, with experience of drawing relevant conclusions and summarising resulting action required.
Competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio package.
Customer Advisers - £12 -19K - Ipswich
Confident, articulate and driven you will liaise with customers over the telephone to resolve queries and ensure consistent high level service. Ideally with a background in the financial services or energy industry you will thrive on serving customers within the business to business sales environment. As experts in your field we expect you to bring your own ideas to help grow our business.
Field Sales Executives - £40K OTE Flexible location, normal business hours
You will develop new business with small to medium sized companies in your area and secure energy contracts. With a proven track record in business to business sales you will be ambitious and target driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales Operations Manager
The purpose of this role is to manage the Sales Administration and Customer Experience teams to effective business KPI delivery. This role encompasses the overall responsibility for all renewals to add incremental value to the business and as well as providing sales support for the Industrial and Commercial business going forward. The successful applicant will manage with an end to end view to allow Sales Operations to enhance the Haven Power brand.
