Climate Change Levy
The Climate Change Levy (CCL) is a tax on the use of energy in industry, commerce and the public sector, with offsetting cuts in employers' National Insurance Contributions and additional support for energy efficiency schemes and renewable sources of energy. It is part of a range of measures that are designed to help the UK meet its legally binding commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
All electricity suppliers are required to collect CCL from their customers and this is automatically included on your bill.
If you qualify for an Energy Intensive User (EIU) discount or have an exempt use of energy, you will need to supply us with a completed CCL certificate detailing the amount of exemption or your eligible discount.
The necessary exemption forms can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Haven Power cannot apply for exemptions or discounts for the supply to your premises without your completed certificate - these cannot be applied retrospectively.

Haven Power differs in many respects to electricity companies I have worked for before, it couples the knowledge and expertise that you would expect from a much larger organization with the warm and friendly atmosphere of a smaller company. Despite its rapid growth Haven Power has managed to maintain its identity and values.
