Moving premises or disconnection
If you are moving from premises that Haven Power currently supply, please contact your account manager by phone or e-mail at least seven days before you move. You will find their details on your invoice or statement. You will remain responsible for the electricity supply, and will incur the ongoing charges, unless you tell us you have moved out and we can take the necessary steps to terminate your account.
If you are an existing customer moving into a new property and want to continue to benefit from Haven's competitive prices and personal service, please contact your account manager who can arrange a quotation for you.

If you need your premises to be disconnected, please contact your account manager by phone or email at least seven days before your need the supply disconnected.
