How do I know that you will provide as good a service as my current supplier?
I do not pay my current supplier by Direct Debit. Why should I pay you this way?
I have never heard of you. Why should I go to a service I know nothing about?
I only want to pay for the power I use. Why should I pay an average amount which might be higher than my actual use?
I would only move if the service was cheaper.
It is too much aggravation. It means that I have to organise things and I do not have time.
We are very happy with our current supplier.
