Crude oil prices up again on continued Libyan unrest

The price of Brent crude oil for April delivery gained 1.8% to $104.3/bl on the ICE Futures Europe exchange, the BBC reported on Monday 21 February. The price was the highest seen in two-and-a-half years and was in response to civil unrest in Libya, a member state of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries.
