Haven Fixed is designed for customers looking to fix their electricity prices over an agreed period, remove exposure to price volatility and obtain budget certainty.
Haven Fixed key features:
- Haven Fixed is available for contract terms from 12 months to five years
- Available with a number of structures from simple day/night and seasonal through to multi-rate options that allow customers with appropriate loads to manage them into differently charged time bands
- Haven Fixed has two main variants - All Inclusive and Pass-through
- All inclusive - our price offer incorporates all the costs of energy and delivery charges into a simple all encompassing contract structure
- Pass-through - our prices offer greater cost transparency. For example we will break out the energy costs from the delivery costs (DUoS & TnUoS) for those customers wanting to manage these elements separately. For those customers seeking ultimate transparency, we can even un-bundle the energy costs into their constituent parts (energy, RO, BSUoS and AAHEDC)
- Haven Fixed even offers choice of supply point. While most customers want prices to be applied at the meter (MSP), options are available for prices to apply at either the GSP or the NBP
- Haven Fixed can accommodate those customers wanting to contract for their power requirements two to three years in advance of the actual supply start date, well beyond the usual six month time horizon for contract renewal Haven Fixed is available as a renewable energy option.
To qualify you must have:
- Typically spending more than £100k per site with a minimum annual volume of 2GWh, no upper limit
- Minimum standard term of 12 months, but shorter terms may be agreed in some circumstances. There is a five year standard upper limit when the contract commences but longer terms may be agreed in some circumstances
- A credit profile acceptable to Haven Power
- A firm forecast of your electricity consumption - both volume and usage pattern.
