Haven Budget
Haven Budget is tailored to customers with one or two sites who are looking to plan their electricity spend and want certainty over the contract period.
Haven Budget key features:
- Available as a one, two or three year contract
- Annual costs are calculated from your last 12 months consumption and Haven’s prices
- The annual cost is translated to 12/24/36 equal monthly payments – you pay the same amount each month even if your consumption fluctuates month to month
- A monthly payment is collected by direct debit on the same date each month
- Your meter will continue to be read so we can track your consumption
- You receive a monthly or quarterly statement, so you can track your usage and payments
- We will contact you if your total usage differs from our original forecast and your regular monthly payments will be too low or too high to meet our latest estimate of your annual costs. We do not adjust direct debits without a discussion with you
- Available with Smart metering or as a renewable option.
