Haven Tracker business electricity
Haven Tracker is designed for customers wanting to respond to the challenges of a fluctuating wholesale market but limit their exposure to downside risk.
- Combines the benefits of a fixed term contract with the flexibility to change when wholesale prices move
- Suited to customers with multi-site business (typically 75 or more sites) with the resources to manage a dynamic contract
- Suitable for a basket of sites handled through an energy broker or consultant
- Designed to track the volatility of the electricity wholesale market while periodically giving the customer the option to ‘fix' prices for the remainder of the contract
Two options are available with Haven Tracker
- Tracker Option 1 - prices are fixed for a three month period and then prices are re-set for each of the subsequent three month periods throughout the contract
- Tracker Option 2 - operates as Option 1 but the customer has an option before the end of each three month period to convert the contract to ‘fixed price' for the remainder of the contract period
Haven Tracker key features:
- You receive a monthly invoice for your sites based on actual (where possible) meter readings
- We will make every effort to tailor the format of your invoice to complement your internal accounting process
- Monthly payment collected by direct debit no sooner than 14 days after your invoice is sent
- The security and simple administration of direct debits means you benefit from our lower costs
- You pay monthly for the electricity that has been used
- Only available with Smart metering
- As with other SME products, renewable is an option
