Flex Combi – Your Bill Explained
As a Flex Combi customer, you’ll already be seeing the benefits of buying your electricity at live wholesale market prices. So, when your bill comes through the door, it may initially seem a bit daunting, but it’s really very simple.
Electricity bills shouldn’t be complicated. You just want to understand how much you’ve consumed, when you consumed it, and how the final bill has been reached – i.e. how much it’s going to cost you.
To help you gain a better understanding of how your bill is made up, we’ve created a series of helpful leaflets to guide you through every step.

Flex Combi Control
If your business has the capacity to be flexible with its consumption, then there could be even greater savings to be made with Flex Combi Control. Continue to buy at live market prices and use electricity at non-peak periods to potentially save money on certain third party costs (TPCs). The remaining non- time-related TPCs stay fully fixed.
