Haven Power launches new mobile app keeping customers in control of their electricity

Introducing your new mobile Energy Assistant

Our new app, Energy Assistant, helps customers to stay in control of their electricity and make life easier – even if you’re not at work. All Haven Power customers with a SMETS2 smart meter installed can now download the Energy Assistant app for free.

Our app gives you cost and usage information for up to ten electricity meters, meaning you can:

Energy Assistant is available on Apple devices using iOS 10.0 or later, and Android devices on operating system 5.0 or above. You can download the app for Apple devices here, or Android devices here.

What next?

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need to register your details, accept the terms and conditions and set up your account. You’ll also be prompted to take two pictures of your energy invoice to confirm your meter and property details.

Once you’ve verified your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email within two working days. Then you’ll be ready to view your usage data and see how much you’re spending.

Your details will be processed by a third-party company called Hildebrand. We’ve carefully selected Hildebrand as our partner to deliver this solution. You can read their privacy policy here.
