Last week we held a training day for SME consultants at the Holiday Inn Bristol, Filton. This event was the first of its kind in the South West region with all previous events being held in the North at Drax Power Station.
We held the event in Bristol to provide consultants with an alternative option to the training days at Drax, Selby, providing consultants with an opportunity to connect with the Haven team and receive useful industry information.
35 consultants attended on the day which is testament to how much these events are valued. The consultants had the opportunity to keep up to date with current industry changes, have open and honest discussions, and keep in touch with representatives from across Haven.
The day consisted of sessions on a range of topics, including updates for consultants on Haven’s products and services, an overview of billing and metering, a discussion on Haven’s new connections service, a presentation on biomass technology and a look at regulatory change, both current and anticipated in future.
There was positive feedback from all sessions, with the consultants who attended reporting that they gained real value from the day.
Neil Rook is the account manager for the South West region. If you would like to get in touch with Neil following the day, or were unable to attend but are interested in finding more out about what Haven has to offer, please drop him an email to email@example.com.
If you attended the event and would like to send us your feedback, you can do so in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you missed the training day, don’t worry – we will be sure to host another event soon and will be in touch nearer the time with an invitation.
